Is the San Jose Flea Market staying?

Yes! Garden at the Flea was intended and designed to create new and exciting opportunities for both vendors and attendees at the Flea Market. Our first goal of Garden at the Flea to help grow attendance for the Flea Market during the current days of the week when the Flea Market is open (Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). Our second goal is to use Garden at the Flea to create additional exciting community and cultural engagements for locals to attend the Flea Market on other days of the week as well as during the evening!

Does it cost money to enter or attend events?

Admission is FREE for most events happening inside the Garden at the Flea community space area. Some special engagements & themed events may require ticketed or paid admissions. Parking fees due apply: $5 on Fridays, $10 on Saturdays, and $20 on Sunday.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit in the community event space. However, you must be 21+ to purchase beer from the cantina beer carts. Government Issued ID’s will be required to show proof of age.

Can I use a credit/debit card for purchases?

Credit/debit cards will be accepted along with cash at the cantina beer garden. Most food trucks & vendors participating in Garden at the Flea events will accept credit cards or digital payments. An ATM is located next to the physical garden during operational hours.

Are dogs allowed at Garden at the Flea?

Only service animals are allowed. This is to be in compliance with all state and local laws.

Is there a place to park my bike?

There are bike racks available at all entrances of the Flea Market. You must provide your own locks. One is located to the side of the BART Entrance.
