Typical Vendor Application Info

• 3rd Party Hosted events typically manage their own vendor applications and support. Contact hosts for any event information.
• Confirmed vendors will typically receive emails before event with load-in information, parking permit, & booth space assignments.
• Vendor applications are curated in accordance with some events theme. This may issue an application cancelation/refund.
• If you receive refund/cancelation of your order & payment, your vendor application may not have been approved due to insufficient vendor information, prohibited products, previous incidents, vendor rule violation, etc.
• Vendors must provide their own equipment. Tables, Supplies, Signage, etc. If utilizing a canopy, weights are required for each leg.
