Berryessa Night Market – Inspired by its neighborhood of many cultures & the hearts of local small business entrepreneurs, the Berryessa Night Market is an evening event for the community to come together to eat, drink, shop, & create new memories at San Jose’s iconic Berryessa Flea Market.

Basic Vendor Application Info

• Applications are due Tuesdays before the event date at 12:00 PM. Applying after this time, we may not have opportune time to correctly process & approve applications and may delay any confirmations.
• Confirmed vendors will receive emails to vendors will on either Wed or Thurs with load-in information, parking permit, & booth space assignments.
• Absolutely, no food/drink vendors can apply in this vendor site. The Garden at the Flea can only accept food trucks/trailers with annually permitted in Santa Clara County. Automatic refunds will be issued. To apply as a food truck/trailer, visit  gardenattheflea.com/participate
• We curate vendor applications in accordance with certain events theme. This may issue an application cancelation/refund or chance to forward credit to another Berryessa Night Market event date of the applicants choice.
• If you receive refund/cancelation of your order & payment, your vendor application may not have been approved due to insufficient vendor information, prohibited products, previous incidents, violation of vendor rules, etc.
• There is absolutely no refunds for an approved vendor application.
